Plaid

Shirt // Jeans // Boots (CLEARANCE! $30!) // Watch

Fall is totally here. Pumpkin Spice Lattes are at Starbucks, and the leaves are starting to change color. More importantly, my fall wardrobe is starting to make it's way down to college. I brought back a few things over Labor Day Weekend and I'll be grabbing the rest in October when I take back some summer things. While I was home for Labor Day, I also had the opportunity to do some shopping. I found this flannel shirt at Target (aka my favorite store). They currently have a "BOGO 1/2 off" sale on clothing, shoes and accessories. I also scored these jeans a while ago at Ross for under $15! I don't wear jeans all the time, so I only have a few pairs and these are definitely my go to.

Game Day!

We had our home opener on Saturday here at Missouri State. It also parents weekend so my parents and brother joined me for tailgating and to watch the game. We tailgate on campus outside the stadium so I also had time to show them around. Since I watched the game with them, you can see the student section and Pride Band in the photo above. I wore the spirit jersey that I raved about in this blog post, which was perfect because the theme was white-out! Since it was a little cold, I wore it with leggings and riding boots. I love that it's finally starting to feel like fall, and the weather was perfect for football! The Bears played Chadron State and won 21-13. It was so exciting to win our first home game! I can't wait for more tailgating and games.

Pack your Trunk

Hello friends! It's been while since I've written a blog post and it's been a while since you've read a new one! As you know, I started my first semester of college recently. I totally underestimated how busy I would be as classes got going and I went through recruitment. I had to push Shutterblush to the side and go to all my classes and meetings. I'm happy to announce that I am now a new member of the Gamma Phi Beta chapter at my school and I have not skipped a class yet!

The cooler air, leaves on the ground, and football season mean that fall is really here. This also means that Lilly Pulitzer has a new collection out. I am completely and utterly obsessed with "Pack your Trunk." I loved 'Tusk in Sun' but this takes elephants to a whole new level.
